On December 6th, 2024, I interviewed Audra Guidry, the co-owner of Slowhand Bakehouse. COVID-19 affected businesses, caused people to lose their jobs, and eventually caused some to close their doors. In this interview, she talks about how COVID-19 changed everything. I also interviewed Vana Austin, a current employee of Audra. She spoke about how different work was for her and her experience working at Slowhand Bakehouse.
